A sociable evening offering a flowing vinyasa class overlooking the vineyard. ‘Come unwin(e)d with me’ as we enjoy the delicious three course seasonal dinner at the Flint barns in Alfriston.

Yoga – We will practise ‘Vinyasa in the Vineyard’. A beautiful outside space next to the Flint Barns amongst the Rathfinny vines with the South Downs as our backdrop.
Please visit the FAQ section of my website to learn more about Vinyasa Flow yoga. This class can be adapted for beginners. Please bring a yoga mat with you, all other props are provided.

Yoga Nidra – A term that translates as ‘yogic sleep’. It’s a guided relaxation that allows you to feel the benefits of deep sleep and it’s a place where the brain waves are unable to accommodate stress or anxiety. More information about Yoga Nidra is available under the News section of my website.

Food and drink – Rathfinny Wine Estate change their menu depending on the seasonality of produce and availability. Please check their website here for the latest sample menu.

Wet weather – In the event the great British summer scuppers our plans for an al-fresco afternoon, will use the Alfriston Memorial Hall for our yoga class.

Please do let us know if you have any special dietary requirements on booking.

Rathfinny have requested we select our dinner choices ahead of the event, I will email you with an up-to-date menu 2 weeks before.

Flint Owl bread with Glastonbury butter

Torched mackerel, wasabi creme fraiche, Sussex cucumbers
Ham hock crumpet, fried hens egg, piccalilli
Burrata with Sussex asparagus, beer crackers and truffle dressing

Pork belly, smoked bacon with parsley and asparagus butter bean stew
Market steak, Nutbourne tomato stuffed with Sussex mushroom ragu, triple cooked chips, wild garlic butter
Sea trout with Pak Choi, crispy prawn, spring pea and creme fraiche veloute
‘Jacket potato’ stuffed with aubergine bolognese, crispy onions and Sparkenhoe cheese sauce

Baked cheesecake, English Strawberries, elderflower jelly
Meadowsweet Ice cream sandwich with white chocolate cookie, pecans and apricot
English goats’ cheese with preserved figs and malt loaf
