Hi and welcome. I’m Kelly and I’m so happy you’ve found me.
I’m based in the East Sussex area and offer varying styles of yoga as I truly believe yoga is accessible for everyone. My classes can be adapted to suit you and your body as after all, we are perfectly unique.
This beginners 6 week course is suitable for you if you are completely new to yoga, haven’t attended a class for a while and would like a refresher, or are simply not confident to attend a mixed-level class just yet.
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that synchronises breath with movement. It is usually a faster-paced class than some are used to if they have studied other yoga disciplines. It’s dynamic and can be quite challenging. This being said, variations of the postures can be adapted to suit all levels.
Poses or postures are held anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes and as a result many of these are done in a sitting or supine position using gravity to find our ‘edge’. Yin can be described as simple or even passive, but once you begin a class you’ll soon discover just how challenging it can be.
Back by popular demand… once a month session exclusively based on the relaxation part of yoga. A time to let go of any anxieties, worries or stresses.
Come and join me for Vinyasa Flow, breathwork and Yoga Nidra followed by Afternoon Tea at Wingrove House in Alfriston.
Learn the drills and techniques needed to fly safely. We will practise a variety of arm balances. This is a workshop that will be led by you, to focus on how you’d like to progress your yoga practise.
Join Alice Rose and I for an afternoon focused on rest. We will practise Yin Yoga and breathwork to prepare the body to receive the incredible healing properties from Alice’s crystal bowls. And an afternoon tea and cake to complete our time together.
‘Come UNWINED with me’! An evening of practising yoga overlooking Rathfinny Wine Estate followed by a delicious 3 course dinner.
‘Vinyasa in a Vineyard!’ An afternoon of practising yoga overlooking Rathfinny Wine Estate followed by a gourmet 3 course picnic.
Give the gift of yoga…. from single classes, to an entire Beginners Course or even some 1-2-1 sessions.
Classes are held in Berwick Village hall and Selmeston Village hall. Both locations have excellent travel connections and ample parking on site. Berwick hall is a 5 minute walk from Berwick (Sussex) train station with services running from Eastbourne, Lewes and Brighton. Both are also close to the A27 and A22 with easy access from Hailsham, Alfriston, Polegate, Seaford and surrounding villages.
Sign up here to receive a pre recorded Yoga Nidra for you to practise at home. My gift to you.
