More information

Yoga – Please visit the FAQ section of my website to learn more about Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga. Both classes on this retreat can be adapted for beginners. Please bring a yoga mat with you, all other props are provided.

Yoga Nidra – A term that translates as ‘yogic sleep’. It’s a guided relaxation that allows you to feel the benefits of deep sleep and it’s a place where the brain waves are unable to accommodate stress or anxiety, releasing any negativity and blockages in the body that no longer serve us so we can emerge free and rested, ready to embrace the new season. More information about Yoga Nidra is available under the News section of my website.

Mindful Walk – This walk will take in some of the best views in Alfriston. This stunning village sits at the foot of the South Downs National Park and boasts some of the best walks and views in the area. Reconnection with Mother Nature through observation, breathwork allowing the busyness and noise to slow down and quieten. It’s the ultimate reset. Stress and anxiety is on the rise and finding these tools will help to manage stress and build resilience.
Nature can improve interoception, clarity, focus and creativity. All my ideas for events and offerings for you were borne through my mindful walks.

Recent studies have shown that not only is finding time for self-care, walking in nature and being alone with your thoughts important for your mental health but a connection with like-minded people essential too. All these connections not only support you but it lets your nervous system know you are able to thrive.

Tea, coffee and cake will be provided. Because these are also essential in life! Please do let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.
