Generally I’m not a very sporty or athletic person at all, and was really hopeless at games/PE at my boarding school. Didn’t think I would ever really enjoy yoga, so have been really amazed by how enjoyable and accessible/achievable Kelly’s classes are.
All in all Kelly is a great teacher, the classes are well planned, she has a great, friendly personality, and creates a very relaxed, welcoming and stress free atmosphere-no sense of competitiveness, and a feeling that however “well” or “badly” you may think you’re doing, it really doesn’t matter too much, as it’s definitely not a competition. She adapts the classes to an individual’s own needs and any particular problems they might have with injuries or limitations.
