I am a yoga teacher who is passionate about making yoga accessible to all. All ages, body shapes and types because everyone should have the opportunity to have their body feel at its optimum, free from aches and pains. To this end, I have studied many varying styles of yoga but at this time of my life I am leaning more towards breathing practises and yoga Nidra. I love to walk up on the South Downs and in the forest, I have found this time to be incredibly beneficial allowing me to connect with nature, de-stress and relax. 

I can not wait to create a space for you to experience all the wonderful benefits this retreat will bring. This is a day filled with all my favourite things; allowing time for us all to ‘recharge and reset’.
