The practise where it all begins
This beginner 6 week course is suitable for you if you are completely new to yoga, haven’t attended a class for a while and would like a refresher, or are simply not confident to attend a mixed-level class just yet.
You will be welcomed into a space where we can all support each other on our learning journey. Expect an intimate group of like-minded individuals where laughing and falling out of postures is part of the fun. As we get to know each other I will teach you the skills needed to correct your own alignment for safe stressing of the muscles so you can realise the potential of your own flexibility and increased strength over the weeks. This will benefit your own home practise and any other classes you choose to partake in.
The aim of this course will empower you, the yogi to feel confident to attend yoga classes with an understanding of asana, Pranayama and the terminology used. You will finish the course with an appreciation of your new stronger body and with a calmer mindset. And of course, a new found love for yoga!
