A morning focusing on building the strength needed to enhance your yoga practise with arm balances. We’ll explore the foundations so we can work on the techniques, drills and tricks needed to fly. This promises to be a fun workshop where ever your practise is at now, honouring your body and learning how the poses can work for you

Yoga – Please visit the FAQ section of my website to learn more about Vinyasa Flow yoga. This class is ideally suited to those with some experience of yoga rather than complete beginners. If you are a beginner and would like to attend, contact me and we’ll discuss whether the workshop will suit you. Please bring a yoga mat with you, all other props are provided.
Yoga Nidra – A term that translates as ‘yogic sleep’. It’s a guided relaxation that allows you to feel the benefits of deep sleep and it’s a place where the brain waves are unable to accommodate stress or anxiety. More information about Yoga Nidra is available under the News section of my website.
Arm Balances – We will be practising a variety of arm balances and the drills needed to attain the strength and mobility to safely practise them. This workshop will be a small class size so I can offer you one-to-one guidance throughout the workshop. If there is a particular arm balance you would like to explore in the workshop, please do let me know and I’ll try to add it in! There will be plenty of time for questions and breaks throughout the session.
